This experience will be a sweet & fun-loving journey of supported partner yoga, playful embodiment games, and massage techniques combining acupressure, body weight, rhythmic compression, and assisted yoga postures. Through giving and receiving, conscious breathing, communication, and heart-opening experiences, you will not only learn new tools, but also ignite connection, trust, and understanding with a person you love in a profound and playful way.

ABOUT YOUR GUIDE:
Amber Campion is a trauma-informed yoga teacher + yoga teacher trainer with 17- years of teaching experience. In 2010 she traveled to Thailand to become certified in Traditional Thai Massage. She also studied partner and acro-yoga with some of the best teachers in NYC. Her work has been featured in Positively Positive, Thrive Global, Thought Catalog, YourTango, and The Yogipreneur. As well, she has collaborated with brands such as Specialized & has led workshops, retreats, and trainings throughout the world in Nicaragua, Thailand, Morocco, Costa Rica, Canada, Peru, Bali, and all over the United States.
*This workshop ends at 5:30pm to give you time to continue your date night with dinner. If booking reservations, I recommend booking for 6:30pm to give space for going over a few minutes, as well as creating plenty of time to pack up, change clothes, and get to your next destination.
