Join Rachel Macintyre & Gabrielle Marangi for a new donation-based Sunday morning #yogachurch offering — UNITY FLOW.
This 90 minute offering explores the union of our physical practice (asana), with deep pranayama practice (breath work) & dharma talk (yoga philosophy) to help you strengthen your practice on AND off the mat.
This class is all levels and everyone is welcome.
$20 suggested donation, sliding scale pay what you can.
