January 6 @ 9:00 am - 10:30 am PST

Unity in breath.

Unity in practice.

We are one.

Join Rachel Macintyre, creator of M3Yogi, for a morning to flow in community at The Virgil — join us for UNITY Flow.

This 90 minute offering explores the union of our physical practice (asana), with deep pranayama practice (breath work) & dharma talk (yoga philosophy) to help you strengthen your practice on AND off the mat.

This class is all levels and everyone is welcome.  Welcome hOMe yogis!

Meet Rachel Macintyre—a lifelong student of yoga, with over 6 years of experience teaching event-based yoga and studio classes. Minnesota born, mountain bound — she found her heart drawn to the beauty of the mountains and moved to the Reno-Tahoe area in 2015, where her yoga journey established it’s roots.

Rachel is the creator behind M3Yogi—a soulful amalgamation of music, mountains, and mantras are what inspire her business and practice. Her yoga philosophy revolves around the belief that yoga should be accessible to everyBODY. Rooted in the mantra of “root down, drop in, and find your flow,” Rachel guides her students on a transformative journey of self-discovery, connecting mind, body, and soul. Her ultimate goal is to help practitioners take their yoga practice off the mat and into their daily lives, embracing the essence of yoga in everything they do.  For Rachel, your practice is a unique expression of YOU. Each class she leads is a celebration of individuality, creating experiences that resonate deeply with her students.

We are here to create experiences for everyBODY.
