A nourishing Valentines offering, into the temple of the heart, through cacao, movement and sound.
An opportunity to explore the depths of the heart from a foundation of compassion and love, dissolve past limitations, and clear a path for fulfillment and healing.
Cacao is a spiritual aid and superfood packed with antioxidants, vitamins, nutrients, and minerals. Used for over 5,000 years in ceremony; cacao is a gentle guide through transformational shifts in consciousness and an opportunity for deep introspection.
Combined with Yoga, the heart opening medicine of ceremonial cacao, facilitates new levels of connectedness and euphoria. The perfect alchemy of nutrients, neurotransmitters, bioactive compounds, and intentional movement makes the ideal environment for profound love, compassion, and transformation; meeting ourselves in moment to moment presence
The journey:
We will clear our energetic fields; gentle saging with local sagebrush and lavender, opening ourselves up to receive the potent medicine of cacao, and flow into the healing frequencies of sound and movement.
While cacao isn’t as psychoactive, it does contain a concoction of ‘bliss chemicals’ that stimulate the heart-rate while increasing your good vibes. These include salsolinol which trigger the release of dopamine, as well as tyrosine which is a precursor for dopamine so that dopamine can be made in the body easily and fast.
