Deep House Dinner

Bass Camp and The Virgil present a tasteful evening of food, drink, music, and community with the second edition of Deep House Dinner!

This edition is a 3 course dinner by local restaurant Calafuria with the option to add on a wine pairing. Bass Camp’s own Roger That! will be curating the music for the evening including a live set by him after the meal.

Here’s the timeline of the event:
6pm Doors open
7pm to 9pm – Dinner made by the talented team from Calafuria on a set menu that will be paired with 3 delicious wines, while Roger That! sets the mood.
9pm to 11pm – Roger That! plays his best deep house vibes to cap the night off with a bang.

Amuse Bouche
– Crostini with Tuscan Paté
or
– Crostini Vegetarian Pate
– paired with a campari/prosecco cocktail, ‘Ciuchino’ (Little Mule)
Antipasti
– Charcuterie; selection of cured meats and cheese, olives, and pickles veggies
– paired with a white wine
Secondo Piatto
– Braised Beef with fingerling potatoes and a mushroom Demi glacé
or
– Eggplant Parmigiana
– paired with a red wine
Dolci
– Gelato di olio e pepe
– paired with bubbles

 

Ticket includes dinner + a specialty house cocktail and a dance party. Bar will be open to purchase more beverage options. Wine pairing can be added on for an additional cost. *Tickets are non refundable as supplies are ordered on a per person basis.*
Dress to impress. This is a 21+ event.
