Step into an evening of Spanish coastal elegance as The Virgil launches its new themed Supper Club series: Sea, Land, Air — held every third Friday of the month.
Our first installment, Sea, is inspired by the breezy, luminous flavors of the Mediterranean shoreline: citrus, olive oil, crusty breads, seafood-forward courses, and warm, minimalist coastal design.
Guests will enjoy five thoughtfully composed courses, each available with an optional pairing flight—cocktail, wine, or non-alcoholic—crafted to elevate every bite.
At the heart of the evening, Chef Colin will present a live Paella Show in the center of our farmhouse-style supper square, surrounded by Grecian blues, terracotta warmth, rattan textures, olive trees, and candlelit patina décor. (Live jazz on the balcony is planned, pending final confirmation.)
This is an intimate, limited-capacity gathering designed for those who love food, atmosphere, and unforgettable pacing.
